Please read the terms and conditions carefully before placing an order. By using this website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below. Nothing in these terms and conditions will be deemed to affect your statutory rights. Please contact us with any queries before placing an order.
These terms may change from time to time without notice to you. Changes will apply to any future orders received. Once your order is confirmed, we will not be able to make any changes.
Products, prices and content
Whilst every effort is made to ensure the pictures and colours depicted on the site match as closely as possible those of the actual product due to technical limitations, some colours may vary.
All prices are shown in pound sterling (£) and are inclusive of UK VAT at the current rate unless clearly stated. We reserve the right to alter our prices and specifications without notice.
Prices, product descriptions and specifications are checked to the best of our ability, and whilst every effort has been made to make them accurate, no responsibility will be accepted for errors and omissions.
Any information displayed on our web site(s) or other printed matter by the company is not regarded to be authoritative or certified as the best practice and is only considered to be useful supplementary advice to other certified codes of practice. All information on our web site is updated regularly.
Occasionally manufacturers make slight changes to garments without advising us and the picture may show a slightly different style to the style you receive. Some accessories are added by the manufacturer and are limited to our first delivery, these extras are deemed to be a bonus by the manufacturer so when these items run out, and any accessories shown in the picture may not actually be included.

Price and Payment Options
We accept Visa, Visa Delta, Visa Electron, Maestro, MasterCard, and Solo.
Your credit/debit card will be charged when you place an order. We will e-mail you to confirm dispatch.
VAT is applied at the government rate of 20% to garments size 38 chest and above, 29 waist and above and shoe size 7 and above. Please see link Customs.hmrc.gov.uk for full details regarding VAT rules.
We currently do not ship overseas.
Credit Card Validation
Your credit/debit will be charged when you place the order. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to, or does not for any reason, authorise payment then you will be notified of this immediately at the check-out stage and we will not be liable for any delay and / or non-delivery of your order.
Ownership of goods
All items supplied to the customer remain the property of J & S Bespoke Schoolwear until final payment of all sums owing in respect of those goods has been received in full by us.
We guarantee to refund any item you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in its original condition within 28 days of receipt. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. Any special item/size, that is not part of our usual stock range, can be ordered on behalf of a customer. However such items cannot be returned or exchanged.
If a delivery is returned to us, as a result of the customer providing incorrect delivery details, being absent or customer negligence we will attempt to contact the customer by e-mail or telephone. In order to resend the delivery we will recharge the full carriage cost to the customer.
Returns for online orders
Any goods purchased can be returned within 28 days of delivery. Prior to returning the item you must contact us to obtain an authorisation number either by telephone or e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org
Please give us the following details:
- The order number
- The product being returned
- The reason for returning the product
- Do you require an exchange or a refund?
Goods must be returned within seven working days of the authorisation number being issued otherwise the returns authorisation will be cancelled.
Once you have received the authorisation number together with a returns form by return e-mail, please complete the form and return your product to us – the item must be unused and in its original packaging. Please ensure that you send returned goods by recorded or registered post as we cannot be responsible for items lost in the post. Please ensure that you include your name and address and returns number in the parcel in order that we can identify where it has come from.
Returns by post cannot be accepted without a valid returns number.
Refunding the Delivery Charge
If we have made a mistake on an item sent to you or it is faulty, damaged or of unsatisfactory quality, we will refund the delivery charges you have paid to receive that item unless it was sent to you with other items which you are not returning.
Our website may contain links to other websites or services. You should note that we are in no way responsible for the content or privacy policies these websites / services may have in place and advise that you use caution and refer to these websites own Privacy statements and terms.
We would like you to be confident about ordering online, we use secure socket layer (SSL) technology to ensure that your details are safe and information you provide is fully encrypted so that it cannot be read by third parties. Your browser will confirm that you are shopping in a secure environment by showing a locked padlock icon or an image of a key in the bar at the base of your screen.
Your UK statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.
