We aim to dispatch your order within 3-5 working days, subject to stock, following the date your order is placed. However due the current Covid situation these may take longer, although we aim to deliver within 7-10 days. For local delivery we will use a courier in the evenings/weekends for your extra convenience. We may also use Royal Mail 2nd Class Super-Saver delivery. A signature is required on receipt of delivery.
If an item is out of stock for over 7 days, you will be notified by e-mail.
Free Delivery to schools
Please note only ask for delivery to schools that your child attends, failure to do so, may delay delivery or result in the cancellation of your order.
We offer free once-weekly delivery to the following schools, during term-time only:
- Oakfields Montessori Upminster.
- St.Peters, Romford.
- St.Edwards Pre-School.
- Oakfields, Romford.
- Little Learners, Upminster.
Failure to select the correct shipping option during the summer holidays will result your order being delivered to the school at the start of the new term for you to collect from them.
Orders can be placed via phone/email to J&S. Payments can be left in clearly marked envelopes with the school office or to us using BACS (account details advised when order placed). You must provide the name of the school, class and childs name as well as a contact phone number.
You may return goods to us at your expense within 14 days of receiving them. Please contact us for a Returns Authorisation Number before sending them. All goods must be returned unused and in original packaging clean and dry (Health and Safety Act 1974).
Wrongly ordered items will be exchanged (a delivery charge will be made) or refunded minus the original delivery charge. Customers are strongly advised to use recorded delivery for returns as we cannot accept liability for goods lost in transit.
Faulty items must be returned clean and dry (Health and Safety Act 1974). A refund or exchange will only be issued after inspection of goods (and return for inspection by manufacturer if necessary). Please allow up to 14 days for this to take place. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Please note that embroidered or printed items cannot be returned unless there is an error in the printing which is demonstrably our fault. Please take extra care in writing the name to be printed.
